A Sales Enablement Specialist is being sought by a unique business that provides bespoke services to high net worth individuals in London. The specialist will be responsible for developing the capabilities of the sales force throughout Europe by designing, developing, and implementing sales training. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering training sessions that have had a positive impact on an organization’s bottom line and hold a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or Psychology. They should also be able to deliver engaging and high-quality training courses using various methods and work with staff at all levels. The role requires the candidate to be able to commute to a central London office three days per week.

£65,000 – £70,000
London (hybrid working available)

A unique business providing a bespoke service to high net worth individuals is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist.

This position will play a vital role in developing the capabilities of the sales force within the organisation – throughout Europe – with responsibility for the design, development and implementation of Sales Training. This role will require a proactive and inquisitive individual that will be eager to investigate and understand how the sales process works within this complex business in order to design practical learning solutions for staff – from new comers through to current staff members.

My client is eager to secure the services of someone that is creative in how the training is delivered to and adapted for the audience, utilising a variety of methods in order to deliver a best-in-class service.

To be considered for this role you will:

– Be an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist with clear evidence of having delivered training sessions that have impacted the bottom line of an organisation.
– Hold a degree in Business, Management, Marketing or Psychology (or something closely aligned to these).
– Be able to utilise all methods available in order to deliver highly engaging and quality training courses.
– Be highly engaging and outgoing, able to work with staff operating at all levels.
– Be able to get to an office in central London 3 days per week.
