Job Description:I am currently recruiting for Recruitment Advisors to join one of our long-standing clients Royal Mail from their Sheffield office.
You will be responsible for providing an end-to-end recruitment service, you will look after a specific region and customer base, which will allow you to build strong relationships and credibility with senior stakeholders in the business. You will be recruiting for posties, drivers and mail sorter roles.
Successful candidates:
- Strong desire to deliver excellent outcomes for the customers, prioritising workloads and hitting personal and team related targets
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Good interpersonal, telephone and written skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to problem solve
- Good computer and analytical skills, including Excel
Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information:
You will be required to work 33 hours per week, your rate of pay will be £13.15 per hour and the assignment is being offered on a temporary basis for around 3 months.
