CJP Outreach Services is currently recruiting for an Outreach Support Worker in the Bradford (Low Moor) area. The role involves supporting a female with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), including tasks such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, nebulisers, cough assist, suctioning, moving and handling, and personal care. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, experience working with vulnerable people in the community, and a commitment to making a positive difference. Outreach Support Worker: Bradford (Low Moor)
Salary: 12.00 per hour – £80 sleeping nights
Hours: Bank/Relief.
Holidays: 33 days per year (pro rata)
Full driving licence and car required for this role.
CJP Outreach services are currently recruiting support workers in Bradford (Low Moor) area to support a female with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). You will be required to work as part of a team and have experience with tracheostomy, PEG, nebulisers, cough assist and suctioning. Moving and handling will also be required for this role with an element of personal care. We are looking engaging and compassionate support workers.

The refer a friend scheme is worth £200 in total. This is split £100 after the person has worked 100 hours and then another £100 when they have passed probation (6 months usually).
