Our respected client is looking to expand their Maintenance team.
As part of the maintenance team, your duties include:
– Various small plumbing jobs.
– Clearing out gutters and gulleys.
– To Unblock drains and toilets.
– Cleaning plant and facilities.
– Carrying out various pointing, painting, and tiling.
– Responsible for conducting roofing repairs.
– General building work.
Hours of work: 40hrs per week. (08:00 – 16:00)
Pay Rate: £13ph.
