An award-winning engineering manufacturer based in Hastings, East Sussex is seeking an Internal Sales Manager / Sales Operations Manager / Technical Solutions Manager / Operations Manager. The role involves driving the business forward by providing high-level assistance to the internal sales team and collaborating effectively at all levels. The successful candidate will have extensive sales operation management experience and preferably a technical background. The package includes a salary of up to £50,000, a 15% bonus, 25 days holiday, pension, health care cash plan, and additional company benefits. Experience working in a technical environment and knowledge of the vacuum technology industry is preferred.

Job Description:Internal Sales Manager / Sales Operations Manager / Technical Solutions Manager / Operations Manager to join an award-winning engineering manufacturer based in Hastings, East Sussex.

The Internal Sales Manager / Sales Operations Manager / Technical Solutions Manager / Operations Manager will Drive the EMEIA business forward by supporting the internal sales team providing “high level” assistance through knowledge of operating procedures to provide effective business solutions.

The successful Sales Operations Manager / Technical Solutions Manager / Operations Manager must have a extensive sales operation management experience with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels, within and outside of the organisation and would preferably have a technical background.

Internal Sales Manager /Sales Operations Manager / Technical Solutions Manager / Operations Manager Role
Will ensure the sales teams run as effectively and productively as possible interacting with leadership, global counterparts and supporting functions to drive revenue for the organisation
Provide sales leadership with data and make recommendations for improving sales funnel, sales processes, and results
Collaborate closely with other functional business disciplines to facilitate training, onboarding, and guide new sales team members
Support and implement planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts within EMEIA Internal sales
Provide system, process, contacts, and operational coaching to sales team members
Help resolve issues and offer alternative tactics and strategies to accomplish sales goals
Continuously review and monitor the sales team performance through key performance indicators (KPI’s)
Commutable to Hastings, East Sussex

Internal Sales Manager / Sales Operations Manager / Technical Solutions Manager Requirements
Experience working within a technical environment as a Sales Operations Manager, Technical Solutions Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager or similar.
Have the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment while paying very close attention to detail.
Have extensive sales operation management experience with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels, within and outside of the organisation.
Have advanced MS Office knowledge and demonstrated prior use.
Previous experience working within a technical environment would be advantageous.
Have knowledge of the vacuum technology industry (preferred not required).
Commutable to Hasting, East Sussex.Location: South East, Hastings
