Job Summary by the Career Balance Team:

A national Facilities Management organization is looking for an interim HR Business Partner for a 9-month contract. The role will involve supporting strategic HR initiatives, complex ER issues, change management, and project work. The successful candidate must be able to commit to the 9-month contract and have experience working in a fast-paced and complex environment. The position is based in Birmingham, with 3 days a week spent at sites throughout the North and Midlands, including Scotland.

Job Description:Interim HR Business Partner (9 month fixed term contract)
£50,000 – £55,000 (+ mileage)

A nationally established Facilities Management organisation is seeking an interim HR Business for an initial period of 9 months, with a chance of this then being extended or made permanent.

Working within this fast paced and complex business you will be part of an existing HR function supporting c15,000 colleagues. As such you will be expected to travel as part of the role with 3 days a week at sites throughout the North and Midlands (on average – this will vary depending on requirements). This will include Scotland but there will be minimal travel within this region.

The HRBP will provide a generalist service to a variety of stakeholders, supporting strategic HR initiatives, complex ER issues, change management and project work including harmonisation of T&Cs, employee engagement, people plans etc.

To be considered for this role you will be:

Able to commit to a 9 month fixed term contract.
A confident HR Business having had experience of working within a fast paced and complex environment
Happy to be based in an office location 3 days per week.
