A company in Dordon is offering a temp to perm opportunity for a FLT Driver. The position involves using a forklift to move and arrange stock, picking orders, loading and unloading transport vehicles, and maintaining the warehouse. The candidate must have a counterbalance/reach license, previous warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and excellent communication skills. The pay rate is £12.55 per hour plus shift allowance.

Temp to Perm Opportunity
Monday – Friday
Nights – 10pm-6am
Days – 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm (weekly rotating shift)
Payrate: £12.55 + shift allowance
Based in Dordon.
 
Responsibilities

• The use of a counterbalance, reach or LLOP forklifts.
• Operating equipment to move and arrange stock and ensure that products are stored safely and labelled correctly.
• Picking orders using a hand-held scanner from the storage space and bringing them for packing, or to the loading bay for transportation.
• Loading and unloading transport vehicles, by hand or with a forklift truck.
• Maintain good housekeeping, cleaning and maintaining the warehouse to standards expected, to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support and involvement in stock counts as and when required.

 
Requirements

• Counterbalance/Reach license required – inhouse license are accepted.
• Previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment
• Basic computer/handheld device experience
• Excellent communication skills
