Position: Face-to-Face Customer Service Advisor
Location: Niddrie, Edinburgh
Start Date: ASAP
Hourly Rate: £12.81
Positions Available: Full time 36 hours & Part Time 28 Hours per week

36 hours per week – Monday – Friday 08:30 – 16:15, Friday 08:30 – 16:00

28 hours per week – Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 08:45 – 16:15, Friday 08:30-16:00.
Non working day Wednesday

You will be required to apply for a Basic Disclosure which will cost you £25.

Role Information:
The Customer Contact Adviser will play a crucial role in providing and collecting information related to various customer contacts.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with residents face-to-face, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance.
  • Take payments, process service requests, and manage customer information accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Ensure customer contacts are handled with efficiency and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant information and policies to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
