The role will involve offering technical support for industrial equipment, generating quotations, administering sales orders, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, multilingual abilities, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving license and the ability to commute to Edenbridge are required. The salary is up to £40,000 with a company bonus, 25 days of holiday, and hybrid working.

Job Description:

Export Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Engineer / Export Internal Sales Engineer is required to join a leading distributor of industrial equipment such as flow metres, valves, actuators, regulators, pressure gauges, thermocouples and instrumentation.

Export Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Engineer / Export Internal Sales Engineer ideally will have technical product knowledge or a mechanical background of flow control, valve, measurement devices, instrumentation experience will be beneficial.

Export Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Engineer / Export Internal Sales Engineer will be focusing on the distribution of products, mainly focusing on Mainland Europe, Eastern Europe and Canada.

Package

Paying up to £40,000 depending on experience

Role

• Will be offering technical support of industrial equipment such as flow metres, valves, actuators, regulators, pressure gauges, thermocouples and instrumentation.
• Conduct direct customer negotiations and cost builds for estimating purposes.
• Generate and provide accurate and timely quotations and proposals to customers.
• Administer sales orders and expedite/follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical advice and guidance on product selection based on customers’ needs.
• Engage in with customer queries via outbound and inbound calls.
• Focusing on Mainland Europe, Eastern Europe and Canada customer queries.
• Identify and pursue commercial opportunities to contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Internal Sales Engineer / Export Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Support Engineer / International Internal Sales Engineer / Inside Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Export Sales Engineer
• Will need to have technical product knowledge or mechanical background offlow control / valves / measurement devices / instrumentation
• Multilingual with the languages of Spanish / Turkish / Russian would be beneficial
• BTEC / NVQ / HNC in Engineering would be beneficial but not essential
• The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities.
• Must have a Full UK Driving License and commutable to Edenbridge.
