A pharmaceutical company is seeking Customer Service Advisors for a 3-month temporary contract starting on February 5, 2024. The advisors will handle inbound and outbound calls, answering customer questions and addressing concerns about vision care products. The role requires fluency in Dutch and English and offers a salary of £27,300 per year. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Training will be provided onsite for two weeks, with work from home arrangements afterward. Job Description:We are looking for *Customer Service Advisors* to join us for a *3 month temporary contract *starting on *05th February 2024 *working on behalf of a Pharmaceutical Company. You will be taking calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have in-respect of the Vision Care products required. Your duties will include handling many *inbound and outbound* calls to and from customers and updating them on their orders, listening to customers’ needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
*Key Details!*
*This is a Dutch and English speaking role – Must be fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)*
* *Salary:* £27,300.00 year – Monthly paid (equates to an hourly rate of £14). There is a chance for an extension.
* *Schedule:* 37.5 per week – Monday – Friday 08.00 – 18.00
* *Contract length:* Temporary Contract starting from 26/01/2024 for 4 months.
* *Training:* Full paid training provided for 2 weeks *onsite*, Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30
* *Production*: Working from home
* *Equipment*: Laptop provided
* *Expected start date:* 26.01.2024

* Bilingual English and Dutch (fluent in both languages)
* Have valid right to work in the UK
* Be able to use a computer and multitask across different systems
* Be able to be polite and friendly on the phone

* Working from home after training on site (2 week)
