A mixed referral practice in Birmingham, West Midlands is seeking a Qualified Dental Associate to join their team. The practice aims to elevate the culture of dentistry by providing excellent customer service and high-quality dental care. They are offering support and training for associates looking to develop their skills and do more advanced work. The position is full-time, but open to discussion, and involves both general NHS and private work. The practice offers state-of-the-art facilities, a friendly atmosphere, and a large support team. The salary is up to £20,000 per month. Candidates must be fully qualified, GDC registered, and have UK experience.

Job Description:A new opportunity has become available for a Qualified Dental Associate to join a mixed referral practice located in Birmingham, West Midlands.

We are offering to support and train Associates who want to develop and be doing more advanced work. We care a lot about ensuring we do the right thing for our patients and staff. We are looking for someone who wants a full time position but open to discussion, to cover general NHS and private work.

To work Full time or Part time (Minimum 3 days per week)

Hours of wok: 9am- 5pm

Unlimited amount of UDAs, little or as much as you like, £10.50/UDA rate

Experienced clinicians are welcome as well.

•We are 15 minute from the City Centre + in close proximity to the local train station too.
•State-of-the-art on site lab
•Digital OPG
•iTero Scanner
•Friendly, outgoing atmosphere with a strong focus on work/life balance
•Full stable list – outgoing partner
•Large patient list – not short of work
•Unlimited UDAs – no targets, do as little or as much as you like
•Non-corporate style
•Large nurse team and admin team with plenty of support and backup

Unlimited UDA’s available, This is dependent on experience and to be discussed further at interview stage.

Salary: Up to £20,000.00 per month
