Job Title:     Customer Care Administrator   

Location:     Redditch

Contract:     Fixed Term Contract – 10 months

Salary:         Up to £26,000

Hours:         8am – 4:30pm – flexible

 

Our client is currently looking for a full-time Customer Care Administrator who will cover the day-to-day administrative functions of the Customer Care Department.

Day to Day Responsibilities

 

  • Maintaining the customer care mailbox.
  • Log all defects reported from clients into company systems.
  • Allocate all live jobs to relevant site managers and all closed jobs to contracts managers. Contact customers to obtain any further details, to schedule works in and to confirm completion/resolution of issue.
  • Ensure accurate audit trials for works and completion paperwork for clients.
  • Ensure chargeable works are distributed to commercial teams to price and agree with clients.
  • Action blockage issues as a priority and ensure contractors attend within SLA’s.
  • Update weekly reports and distribute to relevant personnel.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider head office. 

 

As a person you will need the following qualities & experience:
