Role and key responsibilities for Business Administrator
- General administration duties
- Confident in office applications especially excel
- Data entry/management
- Good phone manner for incoming calls
- Processing across sales
- Report extraction
- Strong organisational skills
- Elements of credit control
- Emailing out of invoices
- Purchase order/invoice loading
- Stock management
Minimum Requirements for Business Administrator
- Strong skills using an Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous admininstration experience
Pay rate: Up to £25/26,000 DOE
Working hours:
Monday – Friday
09:00 – 17:30
This job is commutable from the following areas, Stoke on Trent, Biddulph, Congleton, Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Fenton, Trentham and surrounding areas.
