A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and passionate Receptionist to join the Surrenne department team at The Emory.

Dedicated to longevity and wellbeing, Surrenne is a private Members’ Club in Knightsbridge. Discover modern rituals to awaken true transformation and elevate you to a new state of being, across four floors of immersive health, fitness and beauty services. Spearheaded by world-leading experts, Surrenne is a new paradigm of wellbeing.

The Maybourne is proud to introduce a new architectural landmark to London. The final project designed by the late Lord Richard Rogers,The Emorywill be an exclusive, world-class hub of art and culture which marks the addition of a modern masterpiece to the group’s global luxury estate. Situated on Knightsbridge and overlooking Hyde Park, The Emory will present 61 contemporary suites set over nine floors.

As aReceptionistyou will be the first and last contact that guests and members have with Surrenne. You will provide excellent service and be present to welcome the guests in a friendly and efficient manner and to ensure the security of the Club.

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Assist members and guests when they enter the Club by checking guests in to the facilities or their appointments, explaining about the facilities for any first-time visitors.
  • Manage the diary and ensure bookings are scheduled in a way to maximise occupancy and that any agency bookings are well managed.
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries regarding the Club and its services. To offer assistance to any guests re local information, rates, rules, treatments etc.
  • Be responsible for the operation of the till and the end of day till readings and all associated administration work.
  • To be fully versed with book4time, knowcross, Peoplevine. Be able to explain how to use Peoplevine app to any guests or members who have questions regarding this.
  • Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA and Forbes standards at all times.
