I’m looking for someone to join the team as a Weekend Community Host at one of the biggest build-to-rent operators in Milton Keynes. If you’ve got a passion for exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming community for residents, this role might just be for you.
About the Role:
As a Weekend Community Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents at our stunning luxury residential apartment block. You’ll be working 2 days per week (Saturday & Sunday) with a 24-hour contract. The shifts will run from 8am to 8pm each day, so you’ll get a solid balance of time off during the week.
Every day will be different – no two shifts are the same. Whether it’s assisting residents, responding to inquiries, or making sure everything runs smoothly, you’ll be at the heart of creating a fantastic living environment. This is a role where your expertise in customer service, guest relations, leasing, or hospitality will shine!
Experience:

  • Proven experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, hospitality, sales, or marketing. You should have a strong customer service background.
  • Proficiency in executing exceptional customer service – you’ll be the face of the community, so it’s vital to make a great first impression every time.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills – whether you’re connecting with new residents, supporting long-term tenants, or collaborating with your team, we want someone who thrives in a people-focused role.
