Job Description:Warranty Claims Administrator

  • Warrington
  • Starting Salary – £23,000 
  • Monday – Friday 
  • 35 Hours a week

My client, who is an Automotive Warranty provider based in Warrington is
seeking a process-driven administrator, to join their friendly team.

They are a B2B warranty provider, supplying award-winning vehicle warranties and associated products to its network of dealerships across the country.

Customer and Dealer service handling – Telephone based operating in a Professional friendly, clear, and coherent manner.

Within this Warranty Administrator Role, your typical duties include:

  • All admin Ad Hoc duties
  • Updating system information
  • Adjusting policies
  • Respond to inbound calls
  • Give clear and understandable explanations for claim validations
  • Transfer calls appropriately to the correct departments
  • Resolve any queries and arrears in a timely manner 
  • Raise complaints to the compliance department
  • Take part in weekly meetings with representative of your team in order to communicate any matters of importance

To be considered for this Warranty Administrator role, you will:

  • Be self-motivated, flexible, and reliable
  • Have general PC skills & experience in MS Office
  • Be a fast learner, to fit in with the busy office environment
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in policies / claims / insurance or any automotive experience will be considered
