Job Summary by the Career Balance Team:

A prestigious warehouse in Kettering, NN14 is seeking a Warehouse Operative with a valid external Counterbalance license. The role involves safely moving stock using counterbalance equipment, as well as performing general warehouse duties. The position offers the opportunity for a permanent contract after a qualifying period. The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 6am to 4pm and Friday from 6am to 2pm. The ideal candidate should have a positive and flexible attitude, excellent numeracy and literacy skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE WITH FLT
Kettering, NN14
£11.18 – £14.00 Per Hour

 

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operative for a prestigious warehouse based in Kettering, NN14.

This role offers the opportunity of a permanent contract following a qualifying period.

You will be safely moving stock around the yard using counterbalance and general warehouse duties.

You will receive full in-depth induction and full training and support.

You MUST hold a valid external Counterbalance license.

 

 Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday 6am to 4pm

Friday 6am to 2pm

 

Overview of Duties:

 

• Moving stock around the warehouse safely using counterbalance
• Palletising and wrapping products
• Yard duties (inside and outside)
• Breaking down of pallets
• Picking products using a hand scanner

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Hold a Counterbalance B1 licence (at least 1 year experience)
• Hard work and passion. You don’t need Warehouse experience. Just be focused the job in-hand and we’ll teach you the rest. 
• A positive and flexible attitude. Self-motivated, always looking for the best in every situation. 
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills 
• Commitment to hit targets 
• Ability to work in a target driven environment 
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team 
• Attention to detail and able to work to a high level of accuracy whilst working quickly.
