The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting and moving stock, maintaining safety standards, picking and packing material, and assisting with general warehouse duties. Requirements for the role include a forklift license and previous warehouse experience. The salary for the position is £25,291.50 per annum, and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:00.

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
o Working as part of a team and as an individual to ensure stock is sorted in a safe and controlled manner
o Move stock around the facility safely using both MHE and by hand in line with your qualifications and training
o Ensure all safety standards are maintained throughout your working day in line with our Health and Safety Policies
o Pick and Pack Material in line with customer requirements ensuring quality standards are always maintained and any quality issues are reported straight away
o Always adhere to processes ensuring an accurate output in line with sales order to maintain customer satisfaction
o Assisting with other general warehouse duties as assigned
o Operate any Machinery you are requested to do so in line with your qualifications and training
o Report any safety issues or vehicle defects immediately to your supervisor
o Maintained KPIs in line with business requirements
o Assist with 5s and general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment is kept at all times
o Operate a guillotine when requested to do so and fully trained
o Cover other roles within the warehouse should the business have any unplanned absence or require holiday cover
o Conduct hardness and conductivity testing when required
o Conduct XFR testing when required
Requirements:
o Counterbalance/reach Forklift licence
o Previous warehouse experience
o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
