The Waiter / Waitress works alongside the 3 Michelin Star service team to deliver excellence to 40 guests per service, From Tuesday to Saturday dinner and Friday and Saturday Lunch.
The Waiter/Waitress needs to be capable to offer immaculate and sophisticated service as part of a team dedicated to perfection.
