Park Chinois, a premier Chinese fine dining and entertainment restaurant inspired by 1930s Shanghai, is seeking a full-time Waiter/Waitress to manage service during lunch, dinner, or late-night performances. The role focuses on guest care and maintaining high service standards while supporting Commis Waiters. Ideal candidates should have at least two years of experience in a similar setting, refined table service skills, and knowledge of food and wine, with Asian cuisine expertise being a plus. The position offers a competitive salary, tips, and various company benefits, including meals and discounts.

The Role

The Waiter/Waitress primary role is to manage the flow of service for an entire section either during lunch, dinner or late-nightperformances. He/shewill bring a personal exuberance to aunique cinematic and musical setting, serving each table within the essence of the true dinner-dance experience at Park Chinois. Their main responsibility is guest care, and service energy and dynamics in its entirety. By maintaining service standards and anticipating floor service needs, and with an excellent product knowledge, they also support and inspire the Commis Waiters (Food Runners) to continuously improve.

Skills and Experience requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience working as a Waiter or Head Waiter, in a well-established restaurant, private members club or comparable establishment. He/she will have refined skills in all aspects of table service and maintenance, as well as developed food and wine knowledge.

Asian cuisine knowledge is desirable.
