A veterinary practice in the Bristol area is seeking a passionate Head Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their supportive team. The role offers a salary of up to £30,000, with potential for more depending on experience. The successful candidate will oversee a team of nurses and care assistants while ensuring excellent patient care and client service. The practice is RCVS accredited and offers opportunities for professional development, including CPD allowances. Benefits include 5.6 weeks of annual leave, a pension scheme, and no out-of-hours shifts. RCVS registration is mandatory for applicants.

My client is looking for enthusiastic and committed nurse that wants to develop themselves further and enjoy working as part of a fun and friendly team. The practice is locally owned and led meaning someone accountable is *always on hand to help and support colleagues.*
*The Head Nurse role *will be supported by the experienced Practice Manager, and you’ll work closely together to ensure the smooth running of the practice, as well as having management & development responsibility for the team of 3 RVNs, 1 student nurse and 2 VCAs.
The practice is a training practice, they’re RCVS accredited; as well as being Silver Cat Friendly Clinic (ISFM) and Rabbit Friendly (RWAF).
This is a progressive practice able to provide opportunities for you to develop your skill set offering you a CPD allowance which includes support for certificates. *You can really be your best self here!*
Full time, No OOHs/nights, just 1:5 weekends
