The role involves assessing and estimating accident damage to determine safe repair methods. The position of *Vehicle Damage Assessor [VDA]* requires the individual to assess /estimate accident damage using the required knowledge and methods to ascertain the safest repair method. An ATA is desirable but not essential, as is knowledge of Audatex, Autoflow etc.
*Duties will include:*
* Create accurate, right first time repair assessments
* Maintain an excellent working knowledge of estimating systems
* Develop and or maintain an excellent knowledge and understanding of all insurer/customer contracts
* Maintain effective communication skills with both internal and external customers
*You will have:*
* *Minimum 3 years’ experience* as a *Vehicle Damage Assessor/Vehicle Estimator*
* Audatex experience
* a Full UK Driving Licence
