121Job Description:Van Ply Liner/Accessory Fitter required in Atworth, Wiltshire

• £27,000 annual starting salary pending experience. 
• 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch break. 

Our client, a commercial vehicle bodybuilder who are part of a larger multi-award winning dealer group, are currently recruiting for a  Van Ply Liner/Accessory Fitter for their centre in Atworth. 

Reporting to the Depot Manager and working as part of a friendly team, your key responsibilities as a Van Ply Liner/Accessory Fitter will include: 

• Lining and fitting accessories to our client’s vehicles, meeting exact specifications.
• Recording processes at each stage of the fitment, and checking work is carried out to the highest standards.
• Checking vehicles for damage before and after work is carried out.
• Keeping work space and van tidy and safe at all times.

In order to be eligible previous commercial vehicle ply lining and accessory fitting experience would be a requirement alongside experience with electronic vehicle systems. Formal qualifications as either a Vehicle Technician or Auto Electrician would be preferred but not essential as training is provided. Overall you will have an eye for detail, have good communication skills, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, be willing to solve problems as and when they arise. A UK driving licence with minimal points is also mandatory.
