Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities As the UX Design Manager, you will manage and mentor a small, centralised team of UX designers within our User Experience department. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our UX design strategy, enhancing the digital design system, and driving the maturity of our digital design efforts.
– Lead and develop a high performing UX team, shaping its vision, identity, and growth within the organisation.
– Define and own the experience and UX strategy, including evolving the digital design system and overseeing the UX process.
– Build and refine the UX community through establishing practices, processes, and ceremonies.
– Collaborate with cross functional teams to align goals, timelines, and resources while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
– Advocate for UX best practices, nurture talent, and stay updated with industry trends to continually enhance the design approach.

– In depth knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and a genuine commitment to creating equitable and inclusive digital experiences for our entire membership.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead your team and align stakeholders around the diverse needs of our professional community.
