52Job Description:????Pertemps is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Service Engineer to work alongside our esteemed client based in South Derbyshire.????
This is a full-time permanent position, offering a rewarding career path within a successful organisation.
As a valued member of the Service Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by offering technical expertise and advice on service-related issues.
This position involves nationwide travel, including some overnight stays and early starts, allowing you to explore various locations.
???? The Role:
As a Trainee Service Engineer, you will work closely with the Service Engineer Manager to provide exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include attending site visits to troubleshoot faulty or non-working goods, which may involve heavy lifting and working at heights.
Once trained, there will be opportunities for you to work independently.
???? Responsibilities include:
- Servicing products post installation
- Assisting the Sales Team with customer service queries
- Travelling nationwide for jobs and roadshows, sometimes on short notice, with occasional overnight stays and early starts
- Updating current jobs using our CRM system (training provided)
- Offering advice on electrical queries
- Supporting the build-up of roadshows alongside the Business Development Managers
???? Requirements and Expectations:
- Flexibility and a strong work ethic
- Possession of a full UK driving license
- Proficiency in IT, including Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
