As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Resourcer to support our Recruitment Consultants in finding top-tier candidates for our clients.
Reporting to the Permanent Division Manager your duties will include;
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to source potential candidates
- Initial Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates. Ensure they meet the specific requirements of the roles
- Database Management: Maintain and update our candidate database with accurate and current information. Track candidate progress through the recruitment process.
- Client Support: Assist Recruitment Consultants with client requirements by providing them with a shortlist of suitable candidates
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively source and attract candidates
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and databases is a plus.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
