A well-established company in Hove is seeking a Trainee Insurance Advisor. The role is ideal for candidates with great customer service and sales experience who are looking to start a career in insurance. Previous experience in insurance is not required as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service, dealing with new business and renewals of insurance policies, and working towards branch targets. TRAINEE INSURANCE ADVISOR – HOVE – NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!! < £25k + BENEFITS (Calling all candidates with great customer service, sales experience and looking for a great career in insurance!!)

Due to continued growth and success an opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Consultant to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company that invests in it’s staff and provides continuous training and support and an opportunity to grow in the business. About you:

· Previous experience in insurance not required – full training is provided for the right candidate.

· High levels of Customer Service

· Professional, hard working and calm under pressure

· Work well as a team player and working to tight deadlines.

· Strong communication skills

· Sales ability

· Confident with dealing with customer’s face to face and over the phone.

· Build and maintain client relationships.

· Full training will be provided for the right candidate!

What will you be doing:

· Providing high levels of customer service

· Dealing with new business, issuance, adjustments and renewals of insurance policies.

· Helping customers find the most appropriate policy to match their needs and requirements.

· Working towards branch KPI’s and targets

· Any other duties required by the business.

Hours: 08:30 – Fri 5pm Monday – Friday

Sat: 08:30 – 12pm (a one in one off rota)
