This is a 4-month FTC.
About the role:
The purpose of this role is to provide town planning advice across the NHSPS estate, supporting the delivery of day-to-day town planning activities. The Town Planner is responsible for supporting key planning workstreams, day-to-day planning projects and identifying opportunities from the planning process to deliver value for the NHS.
What you will bring to the role:
Advise on town planning matters that affect the NHSPS and wider NHS estate
Support engagement with internal and external teams across the business to optimise town planning pipeline opportunities
Identify town planning opportunities that add value to existing and new developments
Support delivery of projects in accordance with company policies and procedures
Support engagement with internal and external customers across NHS organisations
Support key partnerships with organisations such as NHSE, NHS Trusts, ICS’s and DHSC
