Property Management Recruitment
PMR is seeking temporary concierges to work with luxury residential buildings across London. Candidates with experience in concierge or receptionist roles are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, and managing key and parcel handling. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, maintain a smart appearance, and demonstrate a positive attitude. Excellent administrative and customer service skills are essential, with experience in hospitality or residential developments being desirable. Applicants who do not receive a response within two weeks may assume their application was unsuccessful.
PMR work with luxury residential buildings across London and are currently temporary concierges.

Duties:
- Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
- Patrols
- Key handling
- Parcel handling
- Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
- Looking smart and well presented at all times
- Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
- Maintain regular and effective communication with the Building Manager/team members
The successful person must have strong administrational skills outstanding customer service skills. Experience within hospitality/residential developments is desirable.
