We are looking for a qualified Technical Coordinator for a 7 month fixed term contract, who has experience of working within an architectural/design environment in residential housing.

As part of the technical team, you will help achieve the departments operating responsibilities for all stages of the design process including statutory approvals. You will also optimise the scope and requirements of the project providing cost effective and technically accurate design solutions to maximise return on investment.  You will have a proven track record within a design environment with a B.I.A.T./Degree or similar. A sound knowledge of building regulations, warranty providers and SAPS is essential.

  • Detail-oriented, problem solver
  • Comfortable working under pressure and with competing demands
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of construction terminology
