Key Responsibilities Lead the Team: Ensure residents’ medical, physical, and emotional needs are met by leading the team with expertise and compassion.

Ensure Compliance: Always adhere to our clinical governance framework to maintain the highest standards of care.

Mentor and Motivate: Inspire and guide your colleagues, champion residents’ safety and dignity, and drive continuous improvement in care delivery.

What We’re Looking For Nurse Qualified: You are a registered nurse with a valid PIN, ready to bring your expertise to our team.

Strong Clinical Skills: Your clinical knowledge is solid, and you’re confident in applying it to deliver high-quality care.

Experience with the Elderly: While not essential, experience working with the elderly is an asset.

Leadership Experience: You’ve led and managed teams before, and you’re skilled at bringing out the best in your colleagues.
