Job Summary by the Career Balance Team:

Accept Recruitment is currently seeking a Team Leader for a client in Coalville, Le67. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 7 members, including agency and permanent staff. Duties include motivating and guiding the team to achieve KPIs, collaborating with other departments, monitoring stock organization, conducting inspections, and contributing to operational processes. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a positive attitude. The position offers a shift from Monday to Friday, with a training period on the AM shift, and a rate of £13.50ph.

Job Description:

Accept Recruitment is currently looking for Team Leader for our Client based in Coalville, Le67.

Duties:

• Lead a team of approximately 7 members, including agency and permanent staff.
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments
• Monitor and maintain stock organization, conduct inventory checks
• Conduct regular department inspections to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to the development and testing of operational processes.
• Coordinate packaging updates and collaborate with the commercial team.
• Ensure timely order dispatch and liaise with couriers.
• Attend to other operational matters as required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in a leadership role, demonstrating strong team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude towards challenges and adaptability to change.

Shifts and rates of pay:

• Monday – Friday 
• 15:00 – 22:45
• £13.50ph 
• (2-3 weeks of training will take place on AM shift)

This is temp to perm position.
