111Job Description:Are you a highly organised and motivated individual who is a team player and able to work independently? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The role will be part of the TW Strategic Resource Option (SRO) portfolio team who are responsible for the development of several major projects that will improve resilience to drought and minimise interruptions to water supplies in the South East whilst protecting the environment.
What you’ll be doing as a Team Coordinator
You will work with colleagues across the portfolio team and other corporate functions to ensure activities across the team are well coordinated and supported. This may include setting up meetings, organising site visits, diary management and document control.
You will be supporting the team to ensure the activities undertaken remain on time and on budget.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be in the office at least 2 days a week, either Clearwater Court, Reading or Camelford House, Vauxhall.
What you should bring to the role
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English Grade C and above.
- Previous office administrative experience.
- A strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing several diaries in a faced paced environment.
- Fully proficient at using IT systems, including sharepoint.
- Be a team player and support co-workers.
- Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment to meet project timescales.
- Be able to travel within the patch to support project activities.
- Be flexible and resilient to deal with project challenges.
