Are you an ambitious Talent Acquisition Manager with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities? As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of this venture.
Your Role:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the driving force behind the recruitment process. From crafting engaging job specifications to ensuring a seamless onboarding process, your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of the organisation. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience in volume hiring and a knack for candidate pipelining.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise modern recruitment practices and technology to share the business’s compelling story and attract top-tier candidates.
  • Lead end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring outstanding candidate experiences and high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job specifications and manage recruitment channels effectively.
  • Identify, assess, and present diverse talent pools, ensuring a constant flow of talent availability.
  • Create and present reports on key recruitment metrics to senior management.
  • Act as the face of the business, effectively selling our vision to potential candidates.

Requirements:

  • Proven in-house talent management experience, especially in high-volume recruitment for customer-facing roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
