5 Hertford Street is an exclusive private members' club in Mayfair, owned by entrepreneur Robin Birley. The club aims to provide a comfortable, personalised experience for its members. They are currently seeking a Sushi Chef for their Sushi Bar, offering paid trial shifts. The working hours:

Please note the working hours for this role are on five days basis – Tuesday to Saturday, only straight shifts from 2pm – Midnight. Sunday and Monday always off!

The responsibilities of theSushi Chefare:

• Preparation of all food items on the restaurant menu during service

• Dinner mise-en-place

The Experience & Qualifications required as Sushi Chefare:

• Previous experience in a similar positionis essential.

• Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private members club advantageous

The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
