Abundantia Care is Residential Children’s Home service in Doncaster, established in 2021 and has been operational for three years, achieving an ‘Outstanding’ in the most recent Ofsted inspection. We are driven to change the lives of children – giving them ample opportunities and support. We take pride in our will to want to help the lives of children who at times may not have had the best opportunities. We are looking for individuals to join a highly valued team, and progress in the growth of Abundantia Care to a new home opening soon.
We are currently looking to recruit full time residential support workers to work across our current provisions and future new provisions in Doncaster. The homes have a maximum capacity of 2, caring for those with Social, Emotional and Behavioural needs. This is an exciting time to join, with multiple career progression opportunities for all with clear development plans.
We are looking for team members that are driven, have good work ethic, work well as part of a team, ability to appropriately challenge, child focussed and reflective. If you feel you meet these criteria, please do apply. The company are open to transferable skills, so direct experience is not a necessity though preferred. Driving licence is required.
The shifts are 24 hours, starting at 10am and ending the next morning at 10 am. There are multiple benefits to the company including
