*Your Role as a Support Worker:*
* Deliver person-centred care that empowers independence and quality of life
* Follow and contribute to care plans, behaviour support plans, and risk assessments

* Work closely with individuals with Autism, ADHD, Mental Health, and Learning Disabilities
* Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding procedures at all times
*What You’ll Need:*
* Experience in care is desirable (Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health)
* Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
* A calm, patient, and caring approach
