About the Role
We are recruiting *Support Workers* on behalf of our client, a respected supported living provider for adults with learning disabilities. This is a rewarding role where you’ll help people live independently, build confidence, and enjoy fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred care and daily living support (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks).
* Support service users with community activities, appointments, and social engagement.
* Encourage independence, dignity, and choice in every aspect of care.
* Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and professional team.

What We’re Looking For
* *Experience:* Previous care or support experience is desirable but not essential – full training is provided.
* *Qualifications:* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete with funding support).
* *Essential:*
* Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
* Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts
* *Desirable:*
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
