Kier Transportation is seeking a Supervisor to join their Birmingham-based team. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary between £36,500 and £42,000, along with a £5,000 annual car allowance. The Supervisor will manage the arboriculture team, ensuring safe operations and high service standards through workload coordination, safety inspections, and emergency response organisation. Ideal candidates will possess supervisory experience, knowledge of COSHH regulations, and SMSTS certification. We’re looking for a Supervisor to join our Transportation team based in Birmingham.

Location: Birmingham, site-based 5 days per week Contract: Permanent, full-time – 40 hours per week Salary: £36,500 – £42,000 £5,000 annual car allowance benefits What will you be responsible for? As a Supervisor, you’ll take an active role in managing and supporting our arboriculture team, ensuring safe, efficient operations on-site and delivering a high standard of service.

Day-to-day, you will: Coordinate with planning teams to schedule workloads across the planting season Conduct on-site safety inspections and enforce compliance Respond to emergency calls and organise response teams Audit Category 1 enquiries to ensure targets are achieved and records are accurate Deliver daily task briefings, toolbox talks (TBTs), and manage relevant permits What are we looking for?
