Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Student Lettings Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Headingley. The realistic OTE for this role is £30,000+.
Let’s talk about the role. It involves
Build rapport and relationships with prospective tenants to gain an understanding of their requirements.
Match suitable properties with prospective tenants.
Convert email and telephone enquiries to viewings on various rental properties.
Deal with property enquires in a timely manner.
Carry out physical viewings at properties and managing your own diary.
Carry out virtual viewings using our 360-software platform.
Advise and promote our other products and services.
Help with day-to-day tasks relating to property management and maintenance.
Carry out property inspections at various points of the year with a keen eye for detail.
You must be able to drive and have your own vehicle with business insurance.
