The individual is responsible for supporting enrichment activities for students of all levels at the College. They engage in daily youth work within student zones, assisting young people in acquiring new skills and fostering a sense of identity and independence. Acting as a key contact for both staff and students, they aim to enhance the overall student experience. Additionally, they maintain a highly visible presence across various curriculum areas and the campus to promote engagement and support student development.
