About the role:
As part of the Corporate Affairs
Team, the Strategic Communications Manager will;
– Work closely with the Head of Strategic Communications to help lead the planning, execution and evaluation of our external communications and engagement campaigns.
– Be
responsible for the development and delivery of integrated communications
& engagement plans, with a particular focus on embedding Drax’s new
Sustainability Framework.
– Manage projects of key campaign and BAU communications activity.
– Produce regular status reports and presentations to feed into any applicable Steering Groups and Group PMO.
Who we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role you’ll
ideally have…
– Experience
within an External Affairs and/or Strategic Communications management
position 2
– Previously worked on integrated communications campaigns, across multiple channels and in complex stakeholder landscapes
– A strategic mindset and an ability to build strong and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
– Able
to show strong analytical skills and experience of developing ideas into
actionable proposals.
