A well-established client is seeking a stores person to join their team in Woore. The successful candidate will be responsible for unpacking and storing goods, maintaining cleanliness in the work areas, dispatching goods on time, and using a forklift. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, a full UK driving licence, and be capable of physically demanding work. The position offers flexible hours, 30 days holiday (increasing to 33 after 1 year), a pension scheme, access to private healthcare, and training opportunities. Pertemps Crewe are excited to present an opportunity to work for our well-established client who has been a market leader for over 60 years!

Due-to continued success, my client is looking for a stores person to join their team.
Multiple members of their team have been with the company for 40+ years and 25% of their team have been with them for 10+ years!

Salary: £26,500
Hours: Flexible – Monday – Friday – 08:00 – 16:30 or Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 18:00
Location: Woore
Duration: Permanent/ Full time

Duties of the Stores Person

• Unpacking goods and ensuring they are stored safely.
• Keeping the work areas clean and tidy.
• Goods out for dispatch are sent out on time with a receipt to the customer.
• Using a forklift.
• Picking and packing.

Requirements for the right Stores Person

• Experience in a similar role.
• Full UK driving licence with transport.
• Capable of physically demanding work.
• Team player.
• Self-motivated.
• Methodical mind-set.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Willing to learn and develop.
