Our studio, nestled in the scenic grounds of Horsham, offers a warm, family-like atmosphere where children and their families feel at home.
We work together as a neurodiversity-affirming team to help achieve their goals and aspirations.
When not in session, you might find us in our slippers, playing games in the therapy room, taking a walk, or working on new projects.
We are currently seeking a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist who can: Conduct assessments using a variety of standardised and non-standardised tools for children aged 0-16.
Prepare detailed Speech and Language therapy assessment reports, including those for EHCP applications, highlighting strengths, needs, and tailored recommendations.
Set functional, strengths-based goals in collaboration with families and children using child-friendly goal-setting tools.
Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions at our Horsham studio and in local schools.
Collaborate closely with school staff to provide advice and coaching.
Explore topics of interest and facilitate staff development during our weekly team meetings.
Our team enjoys lunch together around 12:30 PM every day.
We are open to part-time arrangements or condensed work weeks on a case-by-case basis.

Working Hours: The studio is open from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Working hours for this position are flexible, allowing for early or late starts and finishes to accommodate your schedule.

Three therapy rooms located up a flight of stairs.
Staff office with ergonomic desks for each team member.
Staff kitchen/dining room and a separate staff toilet.
