The Role:
We are looking to add to the team supporting a young lady . She requires support to be able to live independently in the community in the Keynsham area.
An understanding of ADHD, Autism and EUPD (Emotionally unstable personality disorder) is advantageous, so is the ability to deal with challenging situations.
This young lady is very resourceful and intelligent, but she does have a complex diagnosis which can result in behaviour’s that can challenge, and therefore having a understanding of the challenges that can occur in this situation is crucial.
Hours
- We are providing support on a 24/7basis with a staffing ratio 2:1 ,
- We require both day staff and also waking night staff
- 12 hour shifts, starting at 8am to 8pm
Salary £16.00 Per Hour

The refer a friend scheme is worth £200 in total. This is split £100 after the person has worked 100 hours and then another £100 when they have passed probation (6 months usually).
