- Gross OTE salary package : £29,000 to £32,000
- Weekly working hours / days48 hours /5 days

Your role involves skilful preparation of complex fusionSouth Asiandishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role, and also be engaged in training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff
To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: –
- Eligibility to live and work in UK
- Experience in the preparation of authentic high qualitySouth Asiandishes & Specialties
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
- Industrial training in a culinary/hospitality institute
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 3 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Resident within commutable distance of up to an hour
