The Specialist Skills Trainers will report to the Operation Manager and have a secondary reporting line to the Training Officer. Their main responsibility will be to deliver, co-ordinate, and monitor all job-specific and key skills training for a designated area or shift. This includes providing an introduction to the department for new colleagues or those transferring to different roles, as well as ensuring that they complete and demonstrate competency in accordance with job-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Reporting to the Operation Manager, with a dotted line to the Training Officer, Specialist Skills Trainers will deliver, co-ordinate and track all Job Specific/key skills training required for an assigned area/shift.
This will include introduction to the department when a colleague joins the department or transfers into to a new role, ensuring completion of and competency against Job Specific SOPs…
