This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Bar Valette, the highly anticipated new opening from Isaac McHale, chef/owner of the 2 Michelin-starred The Clove Club. Scheduled to open in early 2025, this is the first new venture from Isaac McHale in over six years. Bar Valette will feature a menu that champions simplicity and celebrates exceptional ingredients, sourced from some of the best producers in the country.
About the a Sommelier / Waiter, you will play an integral role in the front-of-house team, delivering outstanding service and curating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in wine and hospitality to expand their knowledge and credentials in an intimate, dynamic environment.
Bar Valettes wine program features a carefully curated 200-bin list, focusing on a diverse range of classical and exciting European wines. Youll have the opportunity to be hands-on with wine service, develop your understanding of beverage pairings, and contribute to shaping our beverage offering.
