Renewable energy company based in Cornwall is looking to hire a full-time Qualified Solicitor with a specialization in property law. The solicitor will be responsible for examining property titles, negotiating legal agreements, providing legal advice to the team, coordinating with external partners, and offering legal support to the entire team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the property sector, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, high IT proficiency, and the ability to multitask and collaborate within a team. Job Description:Position Title: Solicitor 
Base Salary: £70,000.00 – £90,000.00
Location: Wadebridge, Cornwall

Job Description:
Our client is currently on the lookout for a full-time Qualified Solicitor, and they are particularly interested in individuals who hold dual qualifications in both English and Scottish Law, preferably with a specialisation in property law. This opportunity comes at an exciting juncture for our client, and they are eager to welcome a professional with the right qualifications and expertise to join their team.
 
Primary responsibilities involve:

• Thoroughly examining property titles.
• Skillfully negotiating and finalising a variety of legal agreements.
• Providing informed legal advice to the broader team.
• Coordinating seamlessly with external partners.
• Developing and overseeing the application of templates for efficient processes within the team.
• Offering comprehensive legal support to the entire team and affiliated businesses.

Essential Requirements: 

• Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years as a solicitor in the property sector.
• Exemplary attention to detail.
• Outstanding organisational skills.
• High proficiency in IT.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, show initiative, and collaborate seamlessly within a team.
