We have a fantastic opportunity for a Social Impact Advisor join our team based nationally with flexible working.The salary on offer is from £37,000 per annum.
(This will be a 12 month FTC)
About the role:
As a Social Impact Advisor, you will support our workstream managers to implement our strategy and key initiatives. You will be involved in a range of tasks, projects and initiatives that focus on a specific workstream and can be involved in other diverse projects within other workstreams in the team. Tasks may change according to the needs of the specific workstream assigned. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about social impact and would love to join a team that aims to strengthen a diverse range of voices in the NHS property and services sector and positively impact the communities we serve.
What you will bring to the role:
Supports the implementation of the Social Impact strategy by coordinating projects and initiatives within relevant work streams
Arranges meetings, events and activities and supports with the coordination of speakers where necessary
Supports the implementation of workplace adjustments, liaising with colleagues, managers, internal stakeholders and suppliers as necessary
Delivers briefings to colleagues that raise awareness on a range of social impact topics
Uses stakeholder feedback to inform future projects and initiatives
Works collaboratively with colleague networks, Colleague Forum and other internal groups to promote inclusion, raise awareness and engagement
Collaborates on projects to grow knowledge, skills and experience across a range of areas
Contributes through high performance and quality output/outcomes
Creates engaging content for communication channels that promote social impact and the work of the team
Collaborates with a wide range of internal/external stakeholders
Supports the implementation of workplace adjustments, providing advice, liaising with suppliers, colleagues and their managers
Supports with general administration as required, e.g. procurement
